The Idaho Spud Bar

The Idaho Spud Bar is the natural fall candy bar. The dark chocolate and cocoa marshmallow center feel right for the season in a way lighter summer candy doesn't. Introduced in 1918, it's a cocoa-flavored marshmallow center coated in dark chocolate and sprinkled with coconut, shaped like a potato. Made in Boise since 1918. 

The Cherry Cocktail Bar

The Cherry Cocktail Bar - a whole cherry at the center, surrounded by cream, then encased in freshly roasted peanuts and premium milk chocolate - is the kind of candy that feels made for a crisp fall afternoon. It has been made since 1926 and remains one of the most distinctive bars in the Idaho Candy lineup. 

Owyhee Butter Toffee

Fall and toffee belong together. Owyhee Butter Toffee is buttery, crunchy, and rich - named after the historic Owyhee mountain range in southwestern Idaho. As the season turns, it's one of the most satisfying things Idaho Candy makes.
